Diana Thompson Products received were all good. My main concern was the carriage charges. I found these excessive considering where I live. Although the worktops were cheaper than my local supplier with the surcharge I would have been just as well ordering from them.As for the charge to deliver the adhesive through dpd at £42 I am sure that was excessive. To end on a positive note the people I dealt with on email were helpful and courteous Thank you

Also we were very pleased with Olly and his son and the work they did. Olly was very attentive, patient and listened to our needs and concerns and did the job to a high standard. We have dealt with a lot of companies and unfortunately its nor common for service and quality to be as high standard as yours. We couldn’t ask for anything more, everything was just perfect. My husband has already passed your contact details onto his work colleagues who are in the market to refurbish their kitchens, We wish you and your company well for the future.

Steve Kiss Hi Debbie, I’ve been meaning to send you this to thank you for the Minerva fitter recommendations for a couple of weeks. Not sure if the number for Olly was correct. It was unobtainable when I tried to call it. However I did contact Pawel and he came and fitted my worktops. I also wanted to send you some feedback for Pawel. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the end result. I would have no hesitation using him again. Many thanks. Steve
