Products received were all good. My main concern was the carriage charges. I found these excessive considering where I live. Although the worktops were cheaper than my local supplier with the surcharge I would have been just as well ordering from them.As for the charge to deliver the adhesive through dpd at £42 I am sure that was excessive. To end on a positive note the people I dealt with on email were helpful and courteous Thank you

We would like to say huge thank you to you personally for your incredible effort and help to achieve our dream kitchen.We were very impressed with your efficiency, communication, understanding and attention to detail, in particular the extra effort to ensure that everything ran like clockwork to achieve our needs to get the work done by our date requested.
Also we were very pleased with Olly and his son and the work they did. Olly was very attentive, patient and listened to our needs and concerns and did the job to a high standard.
We have dealt with a lot of companies and unfortunately its nor common for service and quality to be as high standard as yours. We couldn’t ask for anything more, everything was just perfect.

Hi Debbie,
I’ve been meaning to send you this to thank you for the Minerva fitter recommendations for a couple of weeks. Not sure if the number for Olly was correct. It was unobtainable when I tried to call it. However I did contact Pawel and he came and fitted my worktops.
I also wanted to send you some feedback for Pawel. He was punctual, polite and very professional. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the end result. I would have no hesitation using him again.

I just wanted to follow up on the fitting of the worktop.
Pawel did an excellent job! I am extremely pleased with the result and the Minerva Carrara White looks fantastic. Very professional team from start to finish, excellent templating and fitting service.
