The delivery team have invented a service called ''Curb Side'', which means they insist on you having 2 able bodied people to receive the delivery, then send one man in a truck with no tail lift and ask you to help remove the item from the truck.

The second person I spoke to at your company was very rude and was always taking over me. Which is not acceptable as I was the customer. Still waiting on order to be completed as 1 item missing.

Generally my dealings with BBK were very good on this occasion. However part of my order totalling well over £2000 was a tube of acrylic joint adhesive which was supplied with only 2 mixing nozzles. This is totally inadequate as it is impossible to use half a tube before the set time. How much does a nozzle cost? You might easily need at least 6 nozzles if not more.

Why on earth wasn't it wrapped up? Not impressed due to lack of wrapping and it could have broken so easily

Fantastic quality product and very good value but not so good delivery.1st attempt wrong product sent, 2nd attempt delivery turned up at 7.50am 2 days later with no warning he was going to be so early, especially when told I couldn’t ring till 8.30 to find out what time it would be arriving. Very inconvenient as no one available to help the single driver offload and then reload the old delivery , also had to rebook my fitter to come back another day at extra cost to me. Not a great experience but would use again for great quality product

Staff at BBK made ordering Minerva worktop easy, and kept me informed of change to delivery date. Product not fitted yet, but looks great. Only comment is that Minerva is very heavy and, if you're DIYing, will need two pairs of hands.
