Smaller item products such as sinks, taps and others qualify for delivery discounts and generally £10-£15 per order. Please check for applicable vouchers when adding products to “cart” or “Checking Out”.
We also have some great delivery and product specific specials being added on a regular basis. So remember to check voucher section on your shopping cart to see if there are any available for the products you are ordering.
Flat rate delivery on BBK Direct UK is £60 per order (unlimited products) and is delivered in 3-5 working days.
In the event that the company agrees to accept a cancellation it reserves the right to recover any costs incurred in the processing of that order to the date of cancellation, therefore a minimum of 10% Cancellation Fee will be applied to all cancellations.
***Please note: Some products if special order items are only manufactured when order is place and can take 7-14 days to be delivered.
Note that all Smeg Appliances, Rangemaster Appliances, Minerva, Maia and Zenith worktops are special order items and once ordered cannot be cancelled or returned.
Once your order has been placed and has been confirmed by our sales team, we will inform you of your delivery date. It can take up to 24 hours for us to advise of this date.
Some items may incur an additional site delivery charge of £35. This will mainly apply to single worktop orders and deliveries to Scotland. You will be notified upon ordering if there are any extra delivery fees applicable.
Postcodes such as BT, IV, KW are only covered on an external carrier service at an additional charge. Please speak to one of our friendly staff to confirm.
London deliveries may be restricted and subject to congestion charges. These fees are not displayed online and may not be relevant to all London deliveries. Should a surcharge be applicable, one of our friendly sales agents will contact you to confirm the cost for your approval prior to dispatch.
Products that have been specifically sourced for a client may not be returned.
Accepting Deliveries
It is essential that there are 1 or 2 able bodied people available to help the driver unload when product arrives. Deliveries are carried out "kerb side"; and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products can be moved into your property safely. Deliveries are Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm unless otherwise stated. Saturdays may be negotiated by special arrangement and cost.
Access and exit by artic vehicle may be required it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to inform the us should this not be possible due to inadequate turning, vehicle weight, width or height restriction. Delivery vehicle parking must be within close and safe proximity to the delivery address. Failed deliveries are rechargeable at the cost charged or incurred to the Company.
***Goods MUST be checked on delivery, damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
