Chris Mills Think again before you give this company any money, had a email the day before my order was meant to be delivered stating that part of my order wasn’t in stock and their supplier had only just told them, the wait would be at least 3 weeks, told them that was no good so cancel the order, had to call them 3 times to get an email to confirm the order was cancelled and a refund was being processed, a week later still no refund so emailed them was told it would take 7-14 days, days 14 still no refund , now told it’s 7-14 working days, joke of a company keep clear, I have a feeling the good reviews are made up
It is not very often that we receive only 1-star reviews. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to supply your order on this occasion; and understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. We also rely on a supply chain that can be disrupted at times. Stock delays and shortages are inevitable when dealing with so many different products. We are mindful that you may be upset with a 7-14 working day turnaround on your refund; but please take into consideration that we try and adhere to a step-by-step process to avoid administrative errors when orders are cancelled. Your refund will reflect within the specified period. Sarah Harris Very poor service regarding delivery. Changed delivery date at short notice, also unable to give a time slot though it's only curbside delivery (which costs £42 with no choice of date) so need to have 2 able bodied people present to accept and take inside. Delivery driver Greg was very kind and helpful but worktops arrived damaged, unsurprisingly as they were only wrapped in one layer of very thin plastic (like cling film) which had torn and ripped open in many places.

We've taken a look at the circumstances surrounding the delivery of your order and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. New Covid regulations have forced us to change and adapt certain delivery protocols, such as requiring clients to have persons onsite to assist. Currently we feel it is important to adhere to the recommended Health and Safety guidelines, to reduce the risk of exposure for all drivers without compromising too much on delivery schedules. Based on previous communication with your sales representative at BBK; we did offer replacement of the damaged items. We understand that it may not always be possible to wait for replacement items; unfortunately transit damage could not have been foreseen. The worktops are delivered direct from the manufacturers depot; and we have reported the poor packaging to them - thank you for bringing this to our attention. All the best, BBK-Direct Team
