Amazing product but improvement needed on communication
I kind of wanted to give 3 stars due to the chasing I had to do to get an email confirmation of the order, and a delivery date as I wasn't getting much communication, and they missed 2 trims off the order, but the quality of the splashback was so good I gave them 4 stars.
They refunded me straight away for the missed items as I was on a deadline and couldn't wait for them.
Excellent product and easy to fit, just could do with working on their communication

Edited, I’m happy at how they resolved the issue
I’m a self employed kitchen fitter, placed my order with reasonable expectations, how wrong was I.
Twice I lost work to take time off for delivery only to be called once the day before and then on the actual rescheduled delivery day and told my order wasn’t arriving.
How many excuses can one company come up with? Well that’s two so far. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company, believe me you’ll be wasting more time than you expected.

After being primarily disappointed, I have had a great response and they resolved all issues satisfactorily, therefore I changed my review accordingly

Easy to order online. Arrived at agreed date and time. One faulty panel exchanged no problem and delivered a few days later.
Unfortunately after we had placed our order, we discovered all the same items cheaper on another site...

Lovely quality worksurface. Delivery date well communicated and delivery driver phoned to forewarn of his arrival time.

havent fitted the worktop yet so cannot comment on that side of things, but Kristen was great with her customer service, and the delivery driver was lovely, she called a few times on the day to give timings etc.

Nuance worktop, excellent product. Scheduled to be delivered on the 14th August but as your customer service representative discovered it was not loaded for delivery. She was so apologetic even though it was not her fault. Would still recommend your company. Good service!
