minerva® Easy Fit Installation

The minerva® easy to fit system makes installation simple and allows you to create worksurfaces to fit your own design requirements. Surfaces can be readily installed using standard woodworking equipment and they are supplied with pre-finished surfaces and edges. All this means is that there is no need for expensive and time-consuming templating usually associated with solid surface products.

Installation Process

Simple Workability

The modular worktop blanks are designed to be simple to plan and install. The pre-finished surface and edges mean there is no need to re-sand the top during installation (except in the area around a joint or when edges are cut and profiled).

Seamless Jointing

Our unique jointing system can be used by kitchen fitters with conventional woodworking tools to achieve the seamless joint and edge for the complete ‘solid look’.

Standard Equipment

Installation can be readily completed using standard woodworking equipment, avoiding the need for specialist tools or expensive and time-consuming templating usually associated with solid surface products.

minerva's installation, care and maintenance manual provides all the information needed to fit and care for your minerva® worksurface. Manuals are supplied, free of charge, to every customer upon purchasing a minerva® worksurface, and include:

Instructions on cutting, jointing and edging
Fitting upstands, splashbacks, decor panels and sink modules
A comprehensive guide to general cleaning and stain removal

Minerva Adhesive Options

75ml Adhesive Sachet

Two part sachet of colour matched adhesive (specify colour).

250ml Adhesive Cartridge

This 250ml specific glue cartridge is not compatible with a standard glue gun. Instead, it can only be used with the Minerva specific gun. The glue gun can be found in the same drop-down menu as the adhesive.

Seaming Tool

This high quality installation seaming tool can be used for joining the seams on the Minerva worksurfaces. Supplied as a single item.

Minerva Care Kit

A boxed set of items to help maintain your minerva worksurfaces. The kit consists of:
