PRO SYSTEM

Inspired by professional catering technology Hoover has developed an exclusive hi-tech air circulation system that evenly distributes heat throughout the oven. This multi jet ventilation system circulates hot air around the oven cavity via 100 vent holes located on the sides of the oven. This process guarantees consistent cooking in the whole cavity and reduces food moisture loss.

A DOUBLE OVEN IN A SINGLE CAVITY

The super-size flexi oven offers the space and power of a professional model but with all of the functionality of four separate ovens. The maxi cavity oven can be used as one large cooking zone, while the bottom and top cavities can be used as completely separate cooking areas. The large single cavity can also be converted into a double oven by means of a fully insulated divider and with two separate fans in the top and bottom of the oven plus independent temperature & cooking controls, you can achieve the full flexibility only normally available with a double oven.
