Basically our customers wanted that friendly and personal local neighbourhood carpenter service, coupled with the large company savings. Well we have put together just such a service, our “Modular Template & Fitting Service”

Here at BBK Direct we have been referring customers for many years to our most “trusted tradesman list”, watching and tracking these tradesman in terms of progress, skills, work ethics and service delivery traits such as professionalism and friendliness. We did this because if we wanted to make the idea of “friendly and personal local neighbourhood carpenter service, coupled with the large company savings” then we needed to put together a dream worktop installation team, which we have now accomplished and is available to the clients of BBK Direct UK. Our dream team consist of the most skilled worktop templaters, fabricators and fitters who’s skills have now been acquired under our BBK Tradesman banner.

How does the process work?

1^st Once you have selected your modular composite or solid surface range, colour and work top sizes based on your requirements, you then simply contact our sales team with your selection and kitchen plan/requirements for installation. You can do this by either calling 0203 397 3998 or email quote@bbk-direct.uk.com

2^nd Once this request is received our sales team passes it on to get our dedicated fabricators and installers to give it a quick once over, to make sure that the materials and accessories to be ordered, are indeed what is need to complete the job as quickly, hassle-free and professionally as possible.

3^rd Once your BBK Sales representative receives this feedback they will supply you with an all-inclusive price, including materials, accessories, template/site-visit, fabrication and installation.

4^th Once you accepted the quote, full payment of the order is required (Including T&F), once payment is received our BBK Direct Template and fitting department will contact to make necessary arrangements for Template/site-visit and fitting dates. Please note at this point of your order worktops will be moved from our central holding depot to the fabrication unit, awaiting template report so that fabrication, preparation and alterations can be made.

5^th After template if no drastic changes were made fitting generally follows in 3-7 days depending on job specifics. However If changes are made to initial quote or the specifics of the job, additional cost may apply. At this point “extras” will be discussed with the client and payment must be made of these extras, before fabrication or ordering of additional material will commence.
