H-KEEPHEAT

Thanks to the Exever technology, H-KEEPHEAT allows you to have “ready to serve” meals, with enhanced aroma, taste and nutritional properties. H-KEEPHEAT introduces a low-temperature cooking system: A technique used in professional kitchens, extremely delicate and respectful, perfect to obtain tender and appetizing foods. It will be possible to schedule your weekly healthy menu, cook it at once, and eat throughout the week.

COOK AND PRESERVE FUNCTION

H-KEEPHEAT allows to cook directly from raw food in sous vide bags, at low temperature (ensuring food tenderness and depth of flavour) then switch automatically to preservation mode once completed.

GET PERFECT STERILIZATION

This function is mandatory before preserving using jars or other glass wear.

Thanks to the exclusive Exever technology you can cook the way you want and then preserve your dishes in the oven at serving temperature up to 7 days. Storing food between 63° and 70° according to the type of food avoids the loss of nutritional values and help to maintain tenderness, taste and aroma until serving.

SOUS-VIDE KIT INCLUDED

The starting kit includes a sous vide bar and 10 sous vide bags: It allows to portion food, preserving flavour, nutritional contents and texture in order to get perfect preservation.

GET TRADITIONAL COOKING IN DOUBLE CAVITY AND MAXIMIZE SPACE

This oven, beside being a standard oven with a unique cavity, is equipped with a separator that divides the oven into 2 cavities: upper and lower so you can cook different meals at the same time. It is possible to set different temperatures, functions and cooking time accordingly to your recipes.
